Corrugated steel plate has two main connection modes, namely longitudinal connection and transverse connection.

Longitudinal connection: the longitudinal overlap of corrugated steel plate shall be located at the purlin or wall beam, and both plates shall extend to the supporting member. The overlapping length shall be 350mm for high wave roof panel; 250mm for low wave roof slab with roof slope ≤ 10, 200mm for low wave roof slab with roof slope ＞ 10; All wallboards are 120mm. When the roof is overlapped, a full-length sealing tape shall be set between the slab joints.

Horizontal connection: generally, it can be divided into three modes: overlap, undercut and buckle. When the building has special functions and requirements, the common connection mode can also be improved, and the connection mode for different special requirements can be developed for practical projects. Secondly, the transverse lapping direction of profiled steel sheet should be the same as the dominant wind direction, and the lapping should not be less than one wave. A full-length sealing tape is set at the overlapping part.
